Jensen and I are going to Italy to attend Salone del Gusto and the Terra Madre conferences in Turin

For those of you who are familiar with our themed dinners
it will be no surprise to you that we will be hosting the following
upon our return:
ITALIAN DINNER SERIES
November 6th, 7th, and 8th
$62, $24 optional wine pairing
Reservations available between 5:00 – 8:30pm
4 course Italian tasting menu paired with Italian wines
As always, and in honor of Slow Food, all produce will be sourced
from local farms or our garden, specialty products and wine
will be sourced locally as well as from hand selected Italian producers.

HARVEST DINNER
November 21st
$75, $24 optional wine pairing
6:00pm (the dinner will be held in our garden, in a heated tent)
In celebration of Fall, as well as an homage to the pig.
Christine from Rinconada Dairy is raising a Duroc pig for Jensen,
we have all been looking forward to seeing the many ways he decides
to prepare it (our wood burning oven will definitely be involved).
The dinner will be dedicated to giving thanks to
our local farmers, ranchers, and winemakers.
